Price and Currency
All prices are given in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Shipping is free nationwide.
Security & Privacy of Your Personal Information
Your right to privacy and the security of your personal information is important to us.
We hold your personal information solely for the purpose of facilitating your purchase. We do not sell your information to third parties. You do not need to register or have an account to shop with us.
Our shopping cart is powered by Shopify™ (NYSE – SHOP), the world’s leader in online retailing. Your credit card details are encrypted and processed by Shopify using state-of-the-art encryption technology. These details are not transmitted to us, nor do we store them.
Our web site is also protected by a valid SSL Certificate meaning you can browse our shop secure from hackers and other malicious actors.
All items are shipped New Zealand-wide for free, using tracked post or courier.
Shipping times can vary, especially for stock which in transit from our fulfilment partners overseas. There may also be COVID-19 related delays which are outside of our control.
If your order is time-critical, please confirm with us the likely date of delivery prior to purchase.
Items in stock ship the following day. Items in stock with our partners in New Zealand ship within 2 to 3 days. Items in stock with our partners in Australia ship within one week. Items in stock in other locations can ship between 5 to 30 days of the date of order. Shipping time estimates are given on each product page.
Returns - Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged we will replace it or refund your money – it’s your choice, at no extra cost to you.
If your item is faulty, let us know immediately.
You may return a non-faulty purchase, but must comply strictly with the following terms and conditions. Our returns policy is not a ‘try before you buy’ scheme. It is designed to refund customers who have made a genuine mistake and who have not opened and/or used the item they purchased.
- You must notify us within five days of receiving the item – see the contact page for our contact details.
- You must send the item back to our returns address in excellent condition, using a tracked courier or postal service, at your cost, with original product packaging perfectly in tact.
- Our returns address is PO Box 92, Waimauku, Auckland 0842.
Upon receipt of the complying returned item, we will refund your money immediately.
If you find a cheaper price elsewhere for an item listed on Security Planet, we’ll match or beat it. The price must be from a New Zealand based business and is the total of the product plus GST, shipping and other costs associated with the purchase. Prices from drop-shippers, or for liquidation sales, trade quotes and commercial quantities are excluded.
